Seabay is a reliable and trustworthy indigenous shipping agent and freight forwarder in China, with abundant local resources and extensive network. As a Class A international freight forwarder (approved by the Ministry of Commerce of China.), Seabay offers a full set of services including customs brokerages, domestic trucking, warehouse services, etc. Seabay was born a small customs clearing agent in Shenzhen in 1997. Over time, it has accumulated experiences and resources in the area. We handle various types of customs clearing for import and export cargo. To comply with the international rules and regulations, Seabay joined WCA and CIFA in 2004, and ever since developed a reliable worldwide services network.
